This service is offered to those of you who don’t have the time and possibility to inspect their new build home for defects.

What we do is to inspect carefully your property and make a list of all the things that have not been completed, do not look right or are not done according to the plans and regulations. The property builder or investor is not obliged to inform you about any defects, usually they are pointed out when accepting the property keys. That is why we can visit your property earlier, prior to you arrival, make a list with all defects if available, confirmed by pictures which we will send to you. We will also check the progress in future of any work that has been required in order to remove the defects. This visits a carried by a qualified professional who know what to look for and will find more defects than any other person.
