Property management Premium Package
This package is suitable for owners who are going to rent out their properties to their friends, colleagues or use the services of other to-operators. We will provide all the inspectional and maintenance services described in our “Property Management Package” plus:-
1. Making a full initial inventory list of the property and performing regular inspections on a check-in and check-out basis.
2. Mailing a report of the inventory and condition inspections;
3. Organizing the issuing the letting license from the Municipality; (the price of the license is not included)
4. Meeting the guests and handling the keys
5. Organizing airport transfers (additional cost for the transportation vehicle);
6. Full assistance to you guest during their stay;
7. Organizing cleaning and laundry services to your guests during there stay (not included in the package price, please look below for our weekly cleaning fees)

2. Two and Three Bedroom Apartments – EUR 360
3. Villas – EUR 400
