What is better than having a vocational home abroad, where you can go anytime, saving a lot on expensive holiday packages and which pays your investment back.

This package is the so called full service package and is especially designed for owners who want to rent out their property using our company as their agent to find the best rates for their investment. We will take care for the whole maintenance, management and letting for you including all the services described in our “Property Management Package”, such as key handling, visiting inspections, paying all the utility bills and local taxes, plus:

1. Performing all marketing and advertising activities in order to gain the highest possible occupancy rates for your property;

 2.  Making photos and detailed description and publishing them on our partners` websites, as well as passing them to some of the leading to-operators and travel agencies.

3.  Making a full initial inventory list of the property and performing regular inspections on a check-in and check-out basis.  

4.  Mailing a report of the inventory and condition inspections;

5.     Organizing the issuing of the letting license from the Municipality; (we charge additionally EUR 50 which covers the license cost)

6.      Representing the property owner in front of the local police station and providing assistance in the timely registration of the tourists;

7.       Arranging the payment of the health insurance of the tourists;

8.      Covering all minor maintenance repairs (up to EUR 20) and organizing bigger ones

9.       Arranging the guests` transportation from and to the Airport at our expense

10.    Giving and accepting the keys to and from the tourists;

11.     Full assistance during the stay of the tourists;

12.     Arranging regular cleaning and maid services up to the standards at our expense (airing the apartment, cleaning all the premises including the bathrooms, making the beds, changing the linen and arranging laundry for the used ones);

13.    Constant communication with the property owners giving detailed reports on the bookings maid as well as informing them about any important circumstances related to their property.

 

For the mentioned above services we charge a fixed package price (shown below for the different types of the apartments) plus 20 % of the Gross rental paid by the tourists generated by our company. Please note that choosing this package you can use the apartment any time you want with 2-3 weeks prior written notice in case to avoid any mistakes with the bookings.
