First Cleaning after building is done
Everybody knows that after the construction work is done, your home needs an essential cleaning in order to be ready for living. We can do this dirty job for you and prepare your new home for moving in. The following actions are going to be undertaken by our staff:- Remove all the rubbish and dust left by the builders;
- Sweep all the premises, including walls, ceilings, floors, terraces;
- Polish the floors with proper chemicals for wood or tiles;
- Clean, disinfect and polish the bathrooms including the tiles, sink, toilet, tube, sanitary equipment;
- Clean, disinfect and polish all the kitchen equipment from inside and outside including cupboards, oven, hot plates, fridge etc.
- Clean and polish all the windows and other glass equipment;
- Ventilate all the premises and polish again if necessary;
The price for this service depends on the size and condition of the property.
