Full Description: The vacation resort Chateau Aheloy is situated just next to the villages Aheloy and Ravda, at about 7 km from Neseb?r and the famous Blacksea resort Sunny Beach. The large Black Sea city of Burgas is located just 25 km away from the resort, and the airport of Burgas is even closer, at about 20 km distance.
The vacation resort is built on a parcel of 5004 square meters, with built area of 1333.20 sq.m and unfolded built area of 7500 sq. m. After the features and aspect of the terrain have been reviewed, a functional and spacious composition of a residential group of five floors and four entrances has been proposed. The object is divided into two sections, A and B, with 127 apartments in total for the four entrance. The vacation resort have two large, connected swimming pools, divided by a small bridge and one swimming pool for children, surrounded by green areas and gardens. Also, there will be an open-air bar, parking and sidewalks.
The village is located 7 km. southwest of the city of Nessebar. It is situated on both sides of the highway to the city of Bourgas. The population of the village is about 5000 people. Although its situation on the highway, the village of Aheloy is far from the noise and the dynamic life of the large cities. It is close to the sea, the nature, quietness and calmness, as well as to the ancient history, culture and roots of the Bulgarians. The residents of the village are peaceful, warm and welcoming people. This makes the place suitable for tourists, who are looking forward to enjoying a tranquil holiday next to the seashore, or to indulge themselves into fishing in the Aheloy river.
