Full Description: Complex “Salt Lake” is located at the Salt Lake district in Pomorie, from where it also receives its name. Pomorie is famous from ancient times place with its healing sea sands, lake mud, salts and splendid wines.
The complex consists of 7 floors situated just 50 meters from the beach and the sea. The territory around the complex will be cultivated with plenty of green areas, palms and trees. There will be a an outdoor swimming pool which will be covered by a special equipment allowing it to be used even during the winter period.

The floors above from the second to the seventh will consist of apartments and studios varying in size from 31.39 to 120.77 sq.m. Most of apartments on the higher floors have a beautiful view to the sea.
The construction of the complex has started October 2008 and will be completed by December 2010.
All apartments will be delivered to the owners completely finished. The clients may chose among several options for furnishing for and extra pay.
After signing the Notary Deed, a Maintenance Contract is also signed for maintaining the common parts of the complex – maintenance fee – EUR 10 per 1 sq.m. A management option is also available for the owners willing to rent there apartments out during the summer.
