| ?he house is situated in the village of Goritsa, Municipality of Pomorie. The village is at the foot of Stara Planina / Old Mountain / and the forest starts just after the last house. It`s 20 kilometres away from the centre of Sunny Beach / i.e. 20 minutes by car /. It is also 30 kilometres away from Bourgas and the airport.
